Description
The director of the Théâtre national de Strasbourg Caroline Guiela Nguyen, builds a delicate contemporary fable based on real testimonials of members of the Romanian community in the city. It is a moral and political story for all audiences on the huge burden of responsibility that the children of migrants have to bear before they should.
One afternoon when she gets home from school, Valentina finds a note to her mother who cannot speak French, from a doctor. The girl has to translate the message for her, that confronts her with a tricky dilemma: whether to tell her the truth.
