Teatre Lliure partners with the Fundació Mescladís to manage the Montjuïc restaurant and the Gràcia bar. Founded in 2005, Mescladís has established a strong commitment to social inclusion, environmental sustainability and cultural diversity through a sustainable restoration model and responsible consumption practices.

Its Cuinant Oportunitats programme is a training and social inclusion project dedicated to migrants in situations of administrative irregularity, women at risk of exclusion, extuted young people and asylum seekers. The school-restaurant Lliure hosts training workshops and internships, which allow pre-work accompaniment in the field of hospitality and catering to kitchen assistants and waiters, within the framework of dual vocational training. We thus contribute to the integration of those who know first-hand the experience of migration and the difficulties of accessing the world of work.

During this season, in addition, staff in training will create some specific dishes related to several shows of the program after attending a performace.
